best banana bread

i basically love chocolate in everything, so that's why this is my recipe for chocolate chip banana bread.
however, you could use this recipe and substitute the chocolate chips for some sort of nut, or you could just make plain banana bread!

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 medium overrripe bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

preheat the oven to 375 degrees. grease a quick-bread loaf pan.
beat sugars, oil, eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas in a medium bowl.

over the banana mixture, sift flour, baking powder and salt. add chocolate chips. gently fold this into the banana mixture just until it is all incorporated.

pour the mixture into the greased pan, and put in the preheated oven for 60 minutes. it will be done when a toothpick that is stuck in the middle comes out clean. even if it has a little bit of moist bread on it, that is okay because once the bread cools, the moisture will keep it soft and delicious.

let bread cool and then cut and enjoy!
